An ordinary man can... surround himself with two thousand books... and thenceforward have at least one place in the world in which it is possible to be happy. ~Augustine Birrell
I'm glad I'm not alone in not getting around to reading An Ember In The Ashes! At least with Golden Son, you won't have long to wait for the final book in the trilogy ;D
Good luck with getting to these books. I totally understand about 'saving' a book. I'm just now reading Louise Penny's latest, which was published last summer. I save it for a little treat. A treat with murder. LOLAnd as to The Girl On The Train - I liked it a lot better after I had finished it for a while. There were issues in it that made want to scream. Just saying...
It's impossible to keep up with all the books we would like to read, isn't it? These all sound good. I enjoyed The Girl on the Train. I want to read Red Queen at some point. It's on my wish list. :-) Here's hoping we get to some, if not all, of the books we want to this year!
I've been hearing a lot about Our Lady of the Ice recently! Happy reading!Check out my TTT.
I thought Girl On The Train was okay, but a lot of people really liked it. I am looking forward to the movie version, to see how they go with that...
Red Queen was on my list this week too!My TTT: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2016/01/12/top-ten-tuesday-39/
