ReplyDeleteThis is a perfect topic. I love horror and added quite a few from your list to my wishlist. I LOVED Maplecroft and just bought Chapelwood for my Kindle last week. I have read her Four and Twenty Blackbirds and really need to re-read it and finish the last 2 in the series. GREAT list! I also just finished Blood and Salt last night and even thought the insta-love bothered me, it definitely redeemed itself in the end.

Becky, I ran and checked it as soon as I finished posting on your blog. Yep, that pitch totally nabbed me. Whoever is coming up with her pitches sure knows what they are doing - it's right up there with Romeo and Juliet meets Children of the Corn for Blood and Salt!
